You must submit all return requests within 14days of your package being delivered. (Only for items shipped from YaniBest.com)

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
Note: Returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Noted: Refund does not include the refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
We are unable to send merchandise return labels at this time.
How to get refund/exchange of the damaged/defected product?

Email us within 14days of your package being delivered. Emails should include your order number and problem description, better with pictures.

We will check with you about your requirement, refund or exchange.

We will send you the return addressafter receiving your return request.

Once we receive your package, we will processa refund/exchange in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Exchanged package will be delivered in 3-20 days.
Which carrier should I use to return?
We’d suggest to contact your nearest post office to return for a better customs clearance procedure.

If you placed your order during a sale period, your order is NOT eligible for a refund. All orders placed during sales are non-refundable and are FINAL sale.
